Making Grand Slam Decisions

How to make good decisions!

Do I have a choice?” Know the difference – is it a fact of life? If it’s a fact, don’t address it. Is there a choice? I ask myself – What are my options? Do I know all the options? Tell me what you are not going to choose. Options help us create solutions. Without options, there is only one decision. Options are a result of thinking early, often and differently. Never dive into decisions.
